Every Leatherman multi-tool is backed by Leatherman's 25-Year Guarantee. As the authorised distributor for Singapore and Malaysia, X-Boundaries is your local warranty service point — lodge a claim with us and we handle assessment, replacement and exchange under the guarantee.
What's covered
- 25 years against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner.
- Qualifying tools are repaired or replaced at Leatherman's discretion; retired models may be substituted with an equivalent.
What's not covered
- Rust, oxidation and corrosion.
- Abuse, alteration, loss, theft, or unreasonable use.
- Accessories and sheaths — except the Adapt Kit, Ratchet Driver and Premium Leather Sheath, which carry a 2-year limited warranty.
How to make a claim
- Bring or send your tool to X-Boundaries (JBM).
- We assess the claim against the guarantee.
- Qualifying tools are replaced or exchanged through Leatherman.
Turnaround times are confirmed at the point of claim. Warranty service covers claim assessment and exchange; on-site repairs are not offered.
