Free delivery in Singapore on orders of S$100 and above; orders below S$100 are charged a flat S$5.00. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Free pickup is available at Mandarin Gallery. Online orders: you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and unused, in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase. Underwear, base layers, sale items, gift cards and custom items cannot be returned. To start, email esales@x-boundaries.com with your order number. Once approved, bring the item to Mandarin Gallery or our Bukit Merah shop, or post it to our Bukit Merah shop by tracked mail at your own cost. Change-of-mind refunds on card, digital wallet, PayPal or Atome payments are made net of the payment processing fee; PayNow orders are refunded in full. The delivery fee is not refunded.
