Online orders: you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and unused, in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase. Underwear, base layers, sale items, gift cards and custom items cannot be returned. To start, email esales@x-boundaries.com with your order number; once approved, bring the item to Mandarin Gallery or our Bukit Merah shop.
