Refund policy
We want you to be confident in every X-Boundaries purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Underwear and base layer garments
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods
How to start a return
- Email us at esales@x-boundaries.com within 14 days of receiving your item, including your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, bring the item (with original packaging and proof of purchase) to one of our locations during opening hours:

- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds (Singapore): Refunded via the original payment method, or by bank transfer / PayNow if you prefer.
- Approved exchanges: If the new item differs in price, you will either pay the difference or receive a refund of the difference.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or wrong. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

This policy applies to customers based in Singapore. International orders are subject to a separate policy — please contact us at esales@x-boundaries.com before purchase.
