What to spend it on
The car carries the camp kit, including headlamp, camp lights and cooler bag. Nights at Fuji and Karuizawa campsites run cold from October to April, so put the voucher into what you wear.
How it works
- Email us your datesSend your vehicle, dates and rough route to info@x-trekkers.com. We check Cloud Nine availability.
- Confirm and pay X-TrekkersWe confirm the rental with Cloud Nine and send one invoice in S$.
- Campsites, then your codeOnce the rental is confirmed, we can book your campsites. Your X-Boundaries code arrives after full payment, or 30 days before pick-up if later.
- Kit up, then driveHeadlamp, camp lights and cooler bag come with the car. Spend the voucher on what doesn't: merino base layers, a warm jacket, a rain shell.

Terms
- Applies to Cloud Nine Camping Japan rentals booked and paid through X-Trekkers. Bookings made directly with Cloud Nine do not qualify.
- Voucher value is 10% of the daily vehicle rental charges, before consumption tax. Cleaning, ETC card, delivery, coverage options and tax are excluded. No cap.
- Converted to S$ at the yen rate on your X-Trekkers invoice and rounded down to the whole dollar. Examples on this page use ¥120 per S$1.
- Single use. The cart must be at least the voucher value; any unused amount is not refunded. Not exchangeable for cash and not combinable with other X-Boundaries discount codes. Valid 6 months from issue.
- If the rental is cancelled, the voucher is void. If it has already been used, its value is deducted from any refund. Cloud Nine's cancellation charges apply: free 30+ days out, 30% at 29–7 days, 50% at 6–3 days, 100% within 2 days.
- Campsites are booked only after the rental is confirmed. Drivers need a valid licence and a 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit.
