The Noshikki series introduces "field lacquerware" to the modern frontier. This collection fuses the ancient craftsmanship of Wajima in Noto with cutting-edge sustainable materials, supporting a critical cultural legacy.
Each piece is created by applying ki-urushi (raw lacquer) to a lightweight, compact base crafted from renewable sugarcane and bamboo fibers. This process yields highly functional, ultralight gear that effortlessly crosses the boundary from the trailhead to the home kitchen.
