Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Processing time is separate from the delivery time shown at checkout.

During festive seasons and promotion periods, order volumes are higher and delivery may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery within Singapore

Delivery is free for orders of S$100 and above. Orders below S$100 are charged a flat S$5.00 per delivery. The final charge is shown at checkout.

Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours. We will text you on the delivery day, using the phone number you gave at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the delivery fee by choosing free pickup at Mandarin Gallery, 333A Orchard Road, #02-22/23, Singapore 238897. Your order will be ready for pickup within 2 to 4 days. We will email you when it is ready, with instructions.

Pickup hours are 11am to 9pm daily. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come.

Orders from outside Singapore

We do not ship outside Singapore by default. If you are based overseas, please contact us at esales@x-boundaries.com before you purchase.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, the email we send you will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of your shipping confirmation email, please email info@x-boundaries.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
