Shipping policy
In view of the current covid situations and upcoming festive seasons, we will like to align customers’ expectation in term of shipment/delivery. Please take note that your order processing times are different from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
However, during festive seasons and special promotion periods, we are expecting a high volume of orders and traffic congestions that are beyond our control. Delivery might take longer than expected. Hence, we seek your understanding.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders over S$100. For orders under S$100, we charge a flat fee of S$4.50 per delivery.
Deliveries are made from operating hours on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Mandarin Gallery 333A Orchard Road Mandarin Gallery, #02-22 Singapore 238897. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia. For international shipment, the duration will greatly depend on the destinations. It will take up to 6 to 15 days during peak seasonal periods. The international shipment prices are calculated based on DHL Express Worldwide plus 10% handling fee.

Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. X-Boundaries Pte Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@x-boundaries.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
