Leatherman Warranty in Singapore — the 25-Year Guarantee
X-Boundaries is the authorised Leatherman distributor for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. Lodge your claim with us — we will handle it for you.
What's covered
- Multi-tools and knives — 25 years against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Adapt Kit and Ratchet Driver — 2 years.
- Cover is for the original owner, on a tool bought from an authorised dealer for personal use.
What you receive
- Faulty when you bought it — a new tool.
- Breaks in use under warranty — a replacement in refurbished condition, at no cost to you.
- You want your own tool repaired — it goes to Leatherman in the USA. You pay to send it; Leatherman pays to send it back if it can be repaired.
If your model is no longer made, Leatherman supplies the current equivalent. We will tell you which model before anything is processed.
What's not covered
- Sheaths and accessories, apart from the two named above.
- Colour finishes, cleaning and sharpening.
- Rust, corrosion and normal wear.
- Abuse, alteration, neglect, loss or theft.
- Tools bought second-hand, from unauthorised sellers, or in bulk for resale.
How to make a claim
Please do not bring your tool to the shop yet.
- Fill in our warranty claim form.
- Email us at info@x-boundaries.com.
- We will follow up from there.
Proof of purchase from an authorised dealer may be required. Repairs are not carried out in store.
