GORE-TEX 3-Layer Technology: Provides world-class waterproofing while allowing sweat vapor to escape, preventing that "sticky" feeling.
K-Mono Cut: This unique Montbell pattern reduces the number of seams, significantly decreasing weight and points where water could leak.
Articulated Knees: Specially tailored to allow a full range of motion during steep climbs or trekking.
Long Bottom Zippers: Designed for quick transitions; the zippers allow you to pull the pants on or off without removing your hiking boots.
Weatherproof Sealing: Fully seam-taped with a weather-resistant fly to ensure you stay bone-dry in torrential downpours.
Care & Maintenance Instructions
Washing: Machine wash warm (40°C) on a gentle cycle. Close all zippers and Velcro before washing.
Detergent: Use a technical liquid detergent (like Nikwax or Grangers). Never use fabric softeners, bleach, or powder detergents.
Rinsing: Rinse twice to ensure all soap residue is removed, as soap can attract water to the fabric.
Drying: Tumble dry on a warm, gentle cycle for 20 minutes after washing to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish.
Stain Removal: For localized dirt, use a soft sponge with water. Avoid dry cleaning with harsh chemicals.
