The shell has a tough, slick exterior to resist abrasion on rock and ice. Critical features — a helmet-ready hood and a two-way zipper for belay access — provide efficiency and security on technical winter ascents.

Care
- Machine wash cold, gentle/delicate; use a down-specific detergent and a laundry net
- Do not bleach; do not iron
- Tumble dry on low, or line dry in shade
- If down clumps, gently pat with both hands to loosen it evenly
