The Leatherman Raptor Rescue is a set of professional-grade folding medical shears, developed with input from special-operations medics, EMTs and fire professionals. It folds into a holster for belt or plate-carrier carry, then snaps open into full-size shears when needed. Alongside the shears sit the four things a first responder actually reaches for: a strap cutter, a ring cutter, an oxygen-tank wrench and a carbide glass breaker.
