Instructions 

• When used as directed, this warmer provides up to 9 hours of effective heat in shoes.
• To reduce the risk of serious burns, read all instructions and warnings carefully before use. See Hothands.com.
• Check skin for irritation or sign of injury before, periodically during, and after each use 
• Only use this warmer in oxygen-restricted environments such as shoes.
• Open outer package just prior to use.
• Peel away paper backing from warmer and attach warmer directly to bottom of sock, then immediately wear shoes.
• After use, dispose with regular garbage.
• Warmer should not be kneaded or shaken.
• Do not open, puncture or tear warmer.

Storage : 

• Store in a cool place.
• Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat and low humidity.

Warning:

• Immediately remove and discard warmer if it is uncomfortably hot.
• Do not place directly on skin.
• Do not use:

1. On any other location other than the bottom of a sock;
2. Without socks or shoes;
3. While sleeping;
4. During vigorous activities that may tear or damage the warmer;
5. In ventilated footwear;
6. Between layers of socks;
7. More than one warmer per foot;
8. On infants or those who cannot feel heat;
9. For medical treatment or pain relief; 
10. With other heating devices or in a microwave.

• Careful Supervision is required when used  with thin socks or by the elderly, children, the handicapped and those with sensitive skin.
• Unless directed by physician, warmer should not be used on people who have:

2. Skin allergies:
