The Neige Down Vest puts 800 fill-power EX Down through the core and leaves the arms free — the warmth you actually need on a cool morning, without the bulk of a full jacket. A supple matte shell keeps it looking like everyday outerwear, and a proprietary quilting pattern lifts thermal efficiency while cutting weight. It packs down small enough to forget you are carrying it.

Tips from X-Boundaries
- A vest is the most useful piece in a Singapore wardrobe that only sees winter occasionally. Over a base layer it handles a Japanese autumn; under a shell it extends a rain jacket into genuine cold. One garment, two jobs.
- At 212g packing to Φ11 × 19cm it is smaller than most water bottles. This is the layer that goes in the daypack on a shoulder-season trek and stays there until the sun drops.
- Pairs with the Neige Down Jacket (#1101730) — same shell, same 800FP down. Vest for the walk in, jacket for camp.
- Store it uncompressed. Down loses loft permanently if it lives in its stuff sack between trips.
Care
Follow the garment care label. Down needs a dedicated down cleaner rather than ordinary detergent, and a low tumble dry with dryer balls to restore loft. We stock Montbell O.D. Maintenance Down Cleaner in store.

60L duffel bag is ideal for porters and horse back. Very lightweight, fold down to small pack, strong zippers and materials. Seen it in action and decided to get one myself.
