Expert Tips from X-Boundaries
1. Public Transport Courtesy
In Singapore, it is highly recommended (and often required) to have sharp trekking tips covered when traveling on buses or the MRT. This case is much more secure than small rubber "mud caps" which can easily fall off in transit.
2. Protecting Your Pack
Modern high-end backpacks are made of very thin, lightweight fabrics. Storing your poles inside this case before strapping them to your bag prevents the metal tips from vibrating and creating "micro-tears" in your backpack over time.
3. Easy Access Attachment
Don't just throw the case inside your bag. Use the built-in tapes to secure it to the outside of your pack. This allows you to stow or deploy your poles in seconds without having to open your main compartment.
